Question: Where can I get the latest version of the rules?
Answer: Right here. After version 1.0 went out with initial copies of the game, there were a few things to clarify to make the rules a little bit more clear in teaching the game and we now have version 1.01. Click here to download version 1.01.
Question: What ages are appropriate for this game?
Answer: Mathino is ideal for elementary math games where children are learning to master their math facts, but everyone that’s played the game from teen to adult has had a great time and talks about how it’s helped to stimulate their mental processes. If you watch the videos of the game, you’ll see the game creates opportunities for players to create up to a 4 step math problem in their head at the beginning of each round in order to capture more cards. It’s certainly not an exaggeration to say this provides stimulating brain games for alzheimer patients.
